90-minute initial consultation to gather information about your current body-mind-spirit state, which I will then assess and guide through Ayurvedic daily wellness routines to gain balance in your everyday life.

After our session, I will send you a personalized wellness plan for your unique body type which includes diet, lifestyle and herbal guidance.

Online AWC Follow Up

1 hour follow up to our 90 minute initial consultation session. It is recommended to book one per month for as long as needed to make shifts and additions to your daily wellness plan.
